About Us
Women & Minority-Owned Business
Colina Coffee Company is a minority and women owned business birthed out of the heart to make great, fresh, quality coffee that could not only be enjoyed but help make a difference in the heart of Harrisburg, Allison Hill.Specialty Beans
Our beans are always ethically sourced and specialty grade. Specialty grade beans are the highest grade of coffee available. High quality beans and the perfect roast mean an outstanding cup of coffee.Air Roasted
Air Roasting or a Fluid Bed Roaster uses a stream of hot air to roast the coffee beans as opposed to the typical Drum Roasted Coffee, Air Roasting creates a super clean finish. Because of the way Air Roasting uses convection heat in the roasting process, the acids that often lead to upset stomach are greatly reduced. It also enables you to bring the best flavors out of the bean, bringing you an amazing cup of coffee every time!Consistent Quality
Each bag of coffee is roasted to exact specifications, leaving you with a smooth, balanced, perfect cup every time. All customer orders are roasted-to-order to ensure the freshest, highest quality coffee experience.
Good Coffee That Does Good
We understand how difficult it can be to make an impact in the midst of our busy lives. Love the Hill is focused on restoring and beautifying Allison Hill, while also empowering her residents to break the chains and cycle of poverty. Puerto Rico Yauco
We are so excited to announce a direct partnership with Forgotten Forest for the first time ever to be able to sell 100% Puerto Rican specialty coffee. It has been a long time dream of mine to sell coffee from my island and to be able to support this endeavor that is not only reviving the specialty coffee industry, but investing into long term sustainable agriculture by paying fair wages, buying coffee at a premium and reviving a long-forgotten heirloom coffee varietal, Typica 401- Puerto Rico's original varietal. Since the devastating effects of Hurricane Maria, Puerto Rico's coffee industry was almost annihilated, but thanks to Dominico Celli and others like him, this industry is now growing. I invite you to not only try this coffee, but join me in supporting the agriculture of Puerto Rico by investing into this coffee so that the next generation will continue this amazing heritage of producing "the Coffee of Popes and Kings".We are selling this spring single origin for a limited time only (until it's gone)! This coffee comes from the region of Yauco, from a group of farmers in Rio Prieto through a unique carbonic maceration washed process that delivers you a smooth coffee unlike any other. With tasting notes of passion fruit and raw sugar cane, what's not to like? Grab a bag before it's gone and support this amazing vision to change the future of coffee for mi isla, Puerto Rico!

Brazilian Cascara Tea
Cascara is perfect for your tea lovers or coffee lovers looking for one more way to enjoy “coffee”!"Cascara" means "husk" in Spanish, and is the word used to describe the dried pulp of the coffee cherry once it is removed from the seed, which is used to make a tea-like infusion. The flavor of the drink that cascara makes is rather unique: a little floral, a little fruity, and a little raisiny. This organically farmed cascara is not only good-tasting, but it’s also high in antioxidants and lower in caffeine per serving (~20mg / serving). After being harvested, the cherries are transported on the same day to a facility to be specially processed: The seeds in their mucilage are whisked away, but the removed pulp is washed, pasteurized, and dehydrated in a sterile environment to keep it free of pathogens, debris, and other not-delicious stuff commonly found in “regular” cascara. This coffee cherry tea helps coffee producers diversify their income and also reduces the amount of coffee-related pollution. With tasting notes of sun-dried raisins and honey whats not to love? Each 3 oz bag makes 18 servings of loose tea. Brewing ratio is 1 tablespoon (5 grams) to 6 ounces (170 ml) of water. You can brew it with a french press, tea pot, tea ball infuser or an aeropress for 4-5 minutes.
